How to Create a Poll in a Private Slack Channel
Running a poll in a private Slack channel is very simple, although it does take an additional step - you'll need to add Upvote to that channel first.
Here's how to do that:
- Go to the private channel in Slack
- Click the ➕ button below the message input field

3. Search for “Add apps” in the search field and click on Add apps to this channel

4. Search for Upvote and click Add

5. Now you're ready to create an Upvote poll in this channel the way you usually do it (How to create a poll).
